Cross-strait pacts on meteorology, seismic monitoring take effect

Taiwan's Straits Exchange Foundation (SEF, 海基會) and the China's Association for Relations Across the Taiwan Straits (ARATS, 海協會) announced simultaneously Wednesday the implementation of two cooperation agreements on meteorology and seismic monitoring, which were signed by the two sides in February 2014.
