A gold-plated bronze dragon statue is displayed at the Grand Hotel in Taipei Thursday. The artwork, originally created by Japanese artist Shizumi Saitou over a century ago, was successfully restored after the ceiling -- which was decayed by termites -- fell and broke it on June 22.
