The peak season for the Taiwanese strawberry crop is between March and May, when tender, juicy strawberries taste the most tart and sweet. Come to Taipei and you need only take the bus into the hills above Neihu to enjoy picking strawberries and appreciate the natural spring scenery for yourself.
