The Mainland Affairs Council (MAC) is organizing a delegation that will depart within two or three days for a trip to China for talks about the recent incident in which Taiwanese nationals have been sent by Kenyan authorities to China, MAC Minister Hsia Li-yan (夏立言) said Wednesday.
