Taiwan's state-funded Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI, 工業技術研究院) signed an agreement Wednesday to license its flexible display patents to Chunghwa Picture Tubes Ltd. (中華映管), one of Taiwan's leading flat panel suppliers.
