Typhoon Mitag leaves 4 injured, over 7,000 homes without power

Typhoon Mitag, which was moving along Taiwan's northeastern coast late Monday night, has left four people injured and more than 7,000 homes without electricity, according to the Central Emergency Operations Center (CEOC).
