Moderately poor air quality recorded in western Taiwan, outlying islands

The air quality in many parts of western Taiwan and outlying islands was moderately poor on Saturday due to the lack of wind to disperse atmospheric pollutants, according to the Environmental Protection Administration's (EPA) Department of Environmental Monitoring & Information Management.
