6.5% Taiwanese people found to have emotional issues: survey

Some 6.5 percent of the respondents to this year's annual mental health and suicide prevention and awareness survey by the Taiwan Suicide Prevention Center (TSPC) were found to have emotional issues and to be in need of assistance.
