Cold air to send mercury down to 13 degrees: CWB

The first cold air mass this winter is expected to affect Taiwan from Tuesday to Saturday and bring temperatures in northern Taiwan down to as low as 13 degrees Celsius Thursday or Friday, the Central Weather Bureau (CWB) said Sunday.
