Chunghwa Telecom recovers most services after typhoon havoc

Chunghwa Telecom Co., the largest telecommunications provider in Taiwan, has recovered most of its landline and broadband services that were cut off due to damage caused by Typhoon Meranti last week, the company said Tuesday.
