Taiwan's Mainland Affairs Council (MAC) on Friday reiterated its call on China to heal the wounds of the Tiananmen Square massacre, and to put its people first in its reforms, ahead of the 27th anniversary of the crackdown against pro-democracy demonstrators in Beijing.
