Number of workers on unpaid leave reaches over 3-year high

Taipei, Dec. 1 (CNA) The number of workers in Taiwan put on unpaid leave climbed slightly in the past two weeks, reaching the highest level since March 2012, according to Ministry of Labor data released Tuesday.
