Taiwan SPCA calls for ban on cosmetics animal testing

The Taiwan Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (TSPCA) is holding an exhibition in Taipei to raise awareness of the suffering of animals used in cosmetics testing and to call for a legislative ban on such testing.
