Foreign pastor recognized for helping drug addicts

An Italian-American pastor who founded the Agape House Christian Counseling Center in Hualien County, eastern Taiwan, has been awarded a Presidential Citation in recognition of his decades-long efforts to help drug addicts in Taiwan.
