Taipei mayor remains tight-lipped on potential presidential bid

Taipei Mayor Ko Wen-je (柯文哲), an outspoken independent, remains undecided on whether or not to jump into the presidential race in January 2020, despite growing speculation about his involvement in the wake of the nation's two largest political parties recently choosing their candidates.
