Washington, Feb. 12 (CNA) A proposal by United States senators to invite Taiwan's President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) to address a joint meeting of Congress would be a "huge mistake," former U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Susan Shirk said Tuesday.
