China may step up pressure on Taiwan on 'one-China' issue: MAC

The Cabinet-level Mainland Affairs Council (MAC) said in a report that China may increase the pressure on Taiwan's new government to shift its cross-strait policy in the direction of recognizing the "one-China" principle before Beijing holds a major political conference next year.
