Deputy Legislative Speaker Hung Hsiu-chu (洪秀柱) on Monday outlined her cross-Taiwan Strait relations platform focused on signing a peace pact with China, after signing up to participate in the Kuomintang's (KMT, 國民黨) presidential primary.
