Taiwan, Japan sign 4 MOUs, working toward economic pact: official

Representatives of Taiwan and Japan's governments signed four memorandums of understanding (MOUs) in Taipei Thursday and, according to a Taiwanese official, are looking to complete negotiations on a bilateral economic partnership agreement.
