U.S.-based integrated circuit designer Nvidia Corp. said Sunday that Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSMC) and South Korea's Samsung Electronics Co. will both serve as suppliers of the American company's next graphics processing units (GPUs).
