Human error determined as cause of power outage: CPC

Taipei, Aug. 18 (CNA) The nationwide power outage that occurred four days ago was the result of human error linked to a failure to comply with standard operating procedure, according to the results of an investigation released Friday by state-run fuel supplier CPC Corp., Taiwan.
