Talk of the Day -- TSMC to start robust growth in Q2 2014

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSMC) Chairman Morris Chang has expressed optimism about the company's business prospects for the coming two years, saying growth will shift into high gear from the second quarter of 2014.
