Taiwan in good position to become PLA research hub: expert

Taiwan should build itself into a global knowledge and research hub with regard to China's People's Liberation Army (PLA), given that the PLA constitutes a serious threat to Taiwan's national security and Taiwan and China speak the same language, a Taiwanese expert on China's military said Tuesday.
