LGBTQ RIGHTS/Traffic controls to be in place on Nov. 19 for Kaohsiung Pride parade

Traffic control measures will be in place in parts of Kaohsiung on Nov. 19 for the 13th edition of the city's LGBTQ+ pride parade, local police announced Wednesday.
