Taiwan reports 28,580 new COVID-19 cases, 91 deaths

Taiwan reported 28,580 new COVID-19 cases on Monday, all but 91 of which were domestic infections, and 91 deaths from the disease, according to the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC).
