Hawaii conditionally lifts quarantine for visitors from Taiwan

People arriving in the American state of Hawaii from Taiwan will no longer be required to quarantine for 10 days, once they present proof of a negative COVID-19 test issued by designated hospitals, Taiwan's representative office there said Wednesday.
