Taipei, Feb. 23 (CNA) Taiwan's Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) on Sunday announced a prohibition on overseas travel by the country's healthcare professionals, saying it was a temporary measure to effectively manage human resources amid the spread of the deadly novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
