Expansion of seismic monitoring system improves precision by 30%

A recently completed expansion of the Central Weather Bureau's (CWB) submarine seismic monitoring system has improved the bureau's ability to locate the epicenter of an earthquake by 30 percent, according to an official from the CWB.
