Kao Chin-yen, founder of Uni-president Corporation, dies

Kao Chin-yen (高清愿), founder and honorary chairman of Uni-President Enterprises Corporation, one of Taiwan's largest food companies, has died, the company confirmed Friday. He would have turned 88 in May.
