Apparent temperature likely to dip to 4 degrees Celsius Friday: CWB

A strong cold air mass that is moving into Taiwan is expected to bring real-feel temperatures of below 4 degrees Celsius to parts of Taiwan on Friday, according to the Central Weather Bureau (CWB).
