Same-sex couples try but fail to register marriages
Taipei, Aug. 1 (CNA) Twenty-eight same-sex couples and their lawyers urged the government to recognize their marriages after a failed attempt to register them at a household registration office in Taipei on Friday, the eve of Chinese Valentine's Day.
