Tzu Chi delivers relief aid for typhoon victims in Philippines

The Tzu Chi Foundation said Tuesday that it has loaded 30,000 blankets and 60,000 instant rice packets onto two C-130 military cargo planes headed for the parts of the Philippines hit hardest by Typhoon Haiyan.
