Taiwan must heed Xinjiang's fate as it may be China's next target: Uyghur-American official

A visiting Uyghur-American official called on Taiwan on Tuesday to "study" what the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has done to Uyghurs in Xinjiang because something similar can happen to the island as it could be Beijing's next target.
