U.S lawmaker proposes bill to punish Chinese threats against Taiwan

Oklahoma Republican Rep. Frank Lucas has proposed a bill in the U.S. House of Representatives that would force Chinese banks out of certain international financial mechanisms should Beijing threaten Taiwan.
