Political parties, supporters make final push before referendum

Taiwan's two main political parties, the ruling Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) and the opposition Kuomintang (KMT), are stepping up their campaign to drum up support for their respective positions on four referendums, in the final days before the Dec. 18 vote.
