Taiwan included in Russia's newly introduced e-visa system: MOFA

Taiwanese nationals can soon apply for a short-stay, single entry visa to Russia through its newly introduced electronic visa issuance program, a Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) official announced Tuesday.
