Tang Prize laureate encourages Taiwan on transitional justice

The founding justice of South Africa's Constitutional Court, Albie Sachs, shared the gains his country has made through transitional justice Tuesday in Taipei, encouraging Taiwan to press ahead with addressing the past legacy of rights violations, which he said is crucial to moving the country forward.
