Tsai wants to adopt three retired guide dogs: spokesman-designate

President-elect Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) plans to adopt three retired guide dogs when she moves into the official presidential residence later this year, the Presidential Office spokesman-designate said Wednesday.
