Rich education background leads Wu Ching-chi to Cabinet

It comes as no surprise that Wu Ching-chi, deputy mayor of Taipei City and a key member of President Ma Ying-jeou's education brain trust, has been designated to take over as education minister in the latest Cabinet reshuffle.
