Ex-Norwegian prime minister awarded honorary degree in Taiwan

National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) presented an honorary doctorate degree to former Norwegian Prime Minister Gro Harlem Brundtland on Tuesday in recognition of her ideas and spirit.
