Skater Liu Chiao-hsi wins Taiwan’s 2nd gold at World Games

Taiwanese skater Liu Chiao-hsi clinched Taiwan’s second gold medal at the 2025 World Games in Chengdu, China, when she defeated China’s Zhu Siyi in the women’s inline freestyle slalom finals on Saturday. The 21-year-old secured a 2-0 sweep in the best-of-three contest, adding to Taiwan’s medal tally following the women’s tug-of-war team's win in the 500-kilogram outdoor event.
