21-year-old clinches 3rd title in uphill cycling race

Lin Huan-tze won an annual mountain uphill cycling race along the Puli and Hohuan highways in central Taiwan for a third straight year Sunday, in record time of 2 hours 55 minutes 2 seconds, organizers said.
