U.S., Japan scientists win Tang Prize in biopharmaceuticals (update 1)

James P. Allison of the United States and Tasuku Honjo of Japan were named joint recipients of the first Tang Prize in Biopharmaceutical Science on Thursday for discoveries which have helped advanced immunotherapy.
