Decision on cross-strait ferry links to be made before Lunar New Year: NSC

A decision on the restoration of ferry services between China and Taiwan's offshore islands of Kinmen and Matsu, halted for over two years due to COVID-19, will be made before the upcoming Lunar New Year, National Security Council Secretary-General Wellington Koo (顧立雄) said on Thursday.
