Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSMC), the world's largest contract chipmaker, said on Thursday it has left its capital expenditure budget for 2023 unchanged, but expects revenue to fall from a year earlier this year in the wake of weakening demand from end-users.
