Manufacturing activity returns to expansion in February

Taiwan's manufacturing activities returned to expansion mode in February, breaking a seven-month contraction streak, on the back of a relatively low comparison base over a month earlier, according to the Chung-Hua Institution for Economic Research (CIER).
