Trans-oceanic flights to report position every 15 minutes: CAA

The Civil Aeronautics Administration (CAA) on Saturday announced rule changes that will require Taiwanese carriers traveling over oceans to report their position every 15 minutes under certain conditions -- a requirement triggered by the disappearance of a Malaysia Airlines flight in 2014.
