Taiwan states position on TPP in talks with U.S. officials

Taiwan's officials on Friday stated the country's hope of becoming a "constructive partner" in the Untied States' efforts to promote regional economic integration during the latest round of bilateral talks, Vice Minister of Economic Affairs Cho Shih-chao said.
