Chinese student to be probed over removal of pro-democracy messages

A case involving a Chinese exchange student, who allegedly ripped down messages that had been posted at a Taiwan university in support of the pro-democracy demonstrations in Hong Kong, has been handed over to prosecutors for further investigation, police said Thursday.
