Sea, land warnings likely for Tropical Storm Lekima: CWB

Both a sea warning and land warning are expected to be issued for Tropical Storm Lekima, which is heading toward northeastern Taiwan and poses a threat to much of the country, the Central Weather Bureau (CWB) said Tuesday.
